PLSG

The PLSG evaluation relay from Fiessler Elektronik is a safety relay designed for ULVT or BLVT shutters, over which it takes over complete safety.
It supports: Central-Stop (NOT AUS), two-hand triggering, clocked operation, bridging (MUTING), status check of power contactors, blanking of selected beams (BLANKING).

These relays are designed primarily for cooperation with muting. The response time is 3.5 ms + the time response of the aperture on which the relay is installed. Connection to mutings is made via M12 connectors. The PLSG relay is installed directly on the aperture using a Snap-on extension connector that connects to the terminal block in the aperture. This saves space in the cabinet and reduces the amount of wiring to be routed. No software is required for the PLSG relay.

If the Blanking function needs to be set, the BLPG programming unit is used. Programming is done by activating the key switch. The programming device is not required for operation of the light curtain and can be removed again after programming is complete.
